The printer is easy to use. Lots of functions. Has two sided capability. Great for my small business office.

The printer does not allow you the option to only print with black ink. Even when you change your settings to black/greyscale it is still using color. And when you run out of a particular color the printer bricks up until you replace that cartridge. No bypass for only black ink printing. No input for a USB device to save to. Constant spinning cycles and times out without scanning a document. Typically needs multiple tries to scan just one document.

The Sales associate was very helpful during the buying process. He was knowledgeable on the product as well!

For an inexpensive printer this does a really nice job printing school assignments. Haven’t had it long so not sure on how long ink lasts.

Great for any purpose, fits into any living space. Very straightforward in terms of use, even when using the companion app to set up the printer.

Easy to set up and use and works with Windows 11. Not sure how it is on ink usage yet but I haven’t had to replace any cartridges yet. Easier to configure that my previous Canon printer

Works great, quality is good. Ink doesnt run. Scan quality isnt the best, but its not bad or blurry. Just not super bright.

I’ve had this pronter for a while and its just constant issues. I constently have issues with it linking with my devices and printing, even though it’ll show up in my found printers. I have to restart it almost every time I use it to get it to sync so I can print. The warning for low ink comes on so early that I can usually print a few more months (I only print 20-30 labels a month). The problem with this is that I now have to acknowledge “low ink” every time I print (trivial, but annoying). Its a decent basic printer, but it is frusterating. If you just need it for occasional prints then it will get the job done. If you need to rely on it often then find something else.
