Great product I would recommend for home use and it looks nice

This is the firat epson inkjet printer we have ever owned. It prints fine but a little hard to operate. Will not purchase another Epson printer.

Months had passed since I bought this, and so far, I never had any issues with it. It tells you if a firmware update is available (which often happens), and that is a good sign that the product is well supported.

Said it worked with windows 7 , it did not . Called tech support twice , level 1 and level 2 but unfortunately I knew more than both. Had to return it . It was however a quality product .

For the price of ink. It was worth buying a new printer. Easy to setup!

I have purchased several items at Best Buy and service is always timely and efficient. I returned this printer because after spending many hours attempting to download the app, I finally gave up in desperation. There is no phone number with Epson to call for technical assistance and the instructions were too sophisticated for an old woman. I will not make another EPSON purchase but I will continue to shop at Best Buy. I cannot speak to the quality of the printer as I could never get it connected.

I love the Epson Expression Home XP-4200. It is very updated and you can print from your Mobile Phone to it. It also has onscreen instructions for how to operate it, and change the ink, etc.

The printer and scanner functions work fine. The machine just prints a little too slow for my own liking, but it gets the job done.

It’s a very good printer but the app is a little glitchy sometimes but the printer it’s self is great

i had this printer for close to a month and i really dont print much. But what i did print, this printer used up all the ink with 25-30 pages. I had an HP and i could do 150pages and still had ink. Had to go back to HP...

The printer is fine . I bought it for $70 .. but the ink is $52 .. i might as well buy a new printer. Why on earth is ink as much as the printer?

Epson for me has always worked well I do go for buying this brand more often and this model has been working great

Nice printer if you only use occasionally, which we do! Both retired so occasional copies, prints and photos are all we need. Replaced a twenty year old Epson that finally gave up. Best photo printers out there!

Excellent value for the price and good quality product

Great product. Works well. My only complaint is that it will only recognize Epson brand ink which is needlessly expensive.

From the price/performance wise it’s a very good one.
