Works well just stop syncing with my laptop so that’s the only issue I have

Easy and reliable to use. I used its predecessor model, the XP 400 for many years. It still works fine, but I needed to replace it with a newer model that gives me access to 5G network.

For $65, you can’t go wrong. Wayyy better than the bottom of the bettel HP i had. Totally worth it if on sale . Only real complaint is no touchscreen… but who cares

It started to work well 2 months ago now it won’t print this is horrible I want a refund , lot of this new modern printers are bad quality. I spend 400 on a HP printer one black ink cost 80+ dollars like how this makes sense ?

Sripped working after the first use. Only printed a few documents. Came back two weeks later and it will not connect and print any documents and the i k is low. How much i k capacyis in the initial cartridge. I am not satisfied with this product.

Hard to install wirelessly and pairing it with my chrome book was a headache ..

I really was missing my old printer but now that I've delved into how to use all the features, it was a pretty good replacement.

I should have really thought about the new printer. It is really to small for my use. I will look for another printer for my heavy work load. I am a little iffy about the quality of the prints also.

It works well and fast on my laptop and phone. However, the ink is running out so fast! I bought it as a student who needs to print pages out and my ink is running out at a very fast pace! Mine as well have bought a bigger printer and saved on the ink.

Printer mfg needs a more detailed explanation of keyboard. Best Buy Geek Squad rep was very good in setting it up for me.,

Good printer, works well so far. A little tricky to set up. Scanning is a lot easier than our previous model.
