    Absolute piece of junk

Pass on this printer. I’ve used Epsons for many years snd this is my first lemon. When making copies, random horizontal lines appear in image. When printing, lines are smudged and cannot be read. Tried multiple head cleanings, alignment and changing print cartridges. And another issue, brand new cartridges show half full. Absolute junk. Flower Mound Texas store refused to exchange the unit adding to frustration of this printer. Fail.

It not only runs out of ink quickly, you waste half of it trying to get the nozzles working and it also won’t print in black and white if a color cartridge is out. Ridiculous.

Be aware, according to Epson customer service rep this printer only comes with enough ink to print set up pages and 3-5 additional "text" pages. This information is not indicated on the outside of the box, in other words you will need to purchase replace ink with this unit on day one. I can't speak to printing quality, I am waiting on replacement ink.

Nothing fancy, can be a bit of a problem getting it to connect wirelessly. Hardwired seems to work the best.

Features are nice, design is decent, but low quality nozzles or ink kills it. I burned through an entire cartridge trying to unclog the yellow ink and it still didn't work. So I have yet to print anything decent in color. Wish I could return it.

We have had this printer for about a month. It has never worked. It jams, can't print two-sided, cheaply made, and the "push button" feature is time consuming and a pain to hook up. Don't bother purchasing this piece of garbage. Not worth the money.

I had an Epson printer and it was always a problem.I decided to purchase a new printer with a new approach by asking the employee since I am retired and the younger people are better at technology. He recommended this Epson.I don't use printers often but this printer is junk.It is only 3 months and both times I attempted to use it it has jammed.Brand new paper fanned out .I opened it with flashlights and I see no jammed paper ??It continues to stop and messages jammed paper. There is no jammed paper in the printer??This was a waste of money and after 3 months I can't return it.Not happy.

This prunter is hot garbage. Its very slow, the ink cartridges last a very short time and are always needing replaced, every time you run out of ink while printing it will jam while trying to "initialize" the new cartridge and you have to cancel and shut down the printer to fix it and then restart the printing. Its not worth the money and i shouldve known you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to get something better
