Very great printer. Prints all pages extremely fast without any issues. So far I have had no jams. For some reason when scanning the final result is a little choppy as far as reading text goes but other than that has done great for all jobs.

The printer is excellent it’s just what I needed.I would strongly recommend this product to anyone that looking to purchase an e expensive and reliable printer and Best Buy is the place to find what you’re looking for and need.

I purchased this printer for my mother. She lives in a different state and is 92 years old. I liked this printer because I can use Epson Connect to print documents on the printer from my home. Everything worked for a few months. Instead of mailing her documents, I was able to print them remotely. Today I tried to print her a document, and it did not work. I am unable to sign in to Epson Connect. I am also unable to sign in to Epson. I called technical support (India), but they were of no use. They were focused on the printer and not resolving my issue of signing into Epson Connect. They were just reading from a script. I am still unable to log on to Epson Connect. Without Epson Connect, this printer is useless! I like Epson products and have several of their scanners. However, their customer service is horrible. I will think twice before buying another Epson product.

I gave up trying to my new HP to work and bought this Epson. HP, in general, has a better printer alignment (you just have to scan a test page), but unless you print a lot, printer alignment on any printer should last years. This model, unlike so many others, has a wired connection option. My last HP (before the one I gave u on) was wireless, but I still like a wired connection. (Printer cable is sold separately) You can still use a phone to set this model up but why? While last HP (the one the EPSON) at one point I could ONLY print my phone (not much use if I'm gone and my needed to print). So be old-school and buy this inexpensive with the wired connections option.

wonderful printer! the initial set up is always a bit annoying like every printer i have ever had but after the set up- it is super easy to use, prints fast and no issues with connection or anything. love it!

I have always used Epson printers. I find them high quality and am used to how they operate. I have an expensive printer in storage. This was an emergency purchase to tide me over for two months. It works great but the transmission time between hitting print and actually printing can be up to 30 seconds. Could be my computer. Not sure.

I think this printer works great, I’ve had fancier models, but for the money this is perfect.

This is my 3rd printer in the last 5 years. So far this epson has performed better than the Cannon and HP I used to have and for less cost

I needed a decent printer and saw this one looked it up was a good deal at a good price never thought i would buy anything from best buy but did i guess i can look at more best buy products when in need of more electronics to see how they stack up. Thanks best buy

Unfortunately, the quality of the prints is not great. The printed text I got had lines slightly darker than others in the same paragraphs, although "bold" was not used. Plus in general, I find the printer scanner difficult to work with. It does not say Print when you're ready to print and stays on Copy. I miss the easiness of my Epson Stylus CX6600.

For the money, it's perfect for a home printer. I can't speak to the cartridge life yet.

This is an excellent printer for home use. It prints good quality documents. I would recommendt this printer for anyone looking for a home printer.

Not only is this super easy to setup and use, the starter ink cartridges have lasted me for several months so far! Highly recommended!
