    The help I received from...I think his name was Chad, was excellent. Appeared quickly, was friendly, knowledgeable. Helped me a great deal. In and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this store.

    Very easy to set up instructions are good. Its not heavy either as some printers are too heavy.

    Not a bad little printer. I bought this one when my laser jet went in for repair. It did what I needed although much much slower than what I’m used to but I couldn’t beat the price. But ink because the included ink is only for setup and might print 20 pages. If that.
