So far so good, only thing I don't like is it won't let you override and let you keep printing when it says "its out of ink" I would like to see for myself the printer running low on ink by seeing my pages get lighter versus the little microchip on the ink cartridge saying its out. For all I know its just saying that to force you to buy ink when its not really run out.

It’s a good printer but it no works when just has black color, it tells you that you can print in black and white when there is no color cartridge but it does not work.

easy to set up, kinda slow on printing but it could have been me. 4 colors for ink so that is a plus. easy to follow instructions

The ink in the printer was dried out and ai had to buy all new cartridges and I couldn't get the printer to work properly for 2 weeks. I LOVE EPSON..but this was a tough buy.

As you can imagine it is very difficult to rate something that you are not able to use. I went to the Best Buy Store to see if I could get some help; however, help was unavailable. My request for help was not unreasonable and nonetheless I got a brushoff. ‘You should read the directions’, he said. Why did he just assume I had not read the directions? I had also tried to drop off some of my recyclables, except was told that none were being accepted that day. Fair enough, I would return them another day, even though the items all fit in a small bag measuring 10-1/2” tall, 12-1/2” wide and 6-1/2” deep. I pressed that, at least, the old printer I had replaced with the Epson be accepted and they reluctantly agreed after a lengthy back-and-forth conversation between two of them.
