I AM GLAD THE STORE HAD IT AT THE LOCAL STORE. I NEEDED TO KNOW IF IT WOULD WORK , BECAUSE HAD TO RETURN ANOTHER BRAND. IT WAS A PROBLEM.

Called tech support twice , level 1 and level 2 but unfortunately I knew more than both. Had to return it . It was however a quality product .

Set up was easy. First print jobs show some odd ink in the corners of the page. Print time is slow.

However, the ink is running out so fast! I bought it as a student who needs to print pages out and my ink is running out at a very fast pace! Mine as well have bought a bigger printer and saved on the ink.

It tells you if a firmware update is available (which often happens), and that is a good sign that the product is well supported.
