I don’t even know how this printer has over 4 stars, this printer is decent when it works but very unreliable. This is my second one that started printing blanks. Not sure the issue but this is not ideal. I don’t want a sometimes printer. Can’t wait to exchange for an HP or something more reliable.

The print could be a little darker,but it gets the job done. I have not tried to print a photo yet.

SO FAR, WORKING GREAT. WAITING TO SEE IF THE MACHINE WILL ALLOW ME TO USE DISCOUNTED INK CARTRIDGES INSTEAD OF BUYING AT FULL PRICE.

I've used the printer for a couple of years and had nothing but problems with it.

It works but the printing is defective, I thought. It makes several colored botched areas when it did B & W printing of regular paper.

it works great with cord could not hook up wireless

Cute little XP4200 - same size as my older XP420. I was hoping for smaller, since my space is limited. Instead of a cd to up load, I have to go online to upload. It's not as user friendly nor as solidly built as the easier older XP420. The older I get, the "newer", but not as user friendly is all the equipment. It still is not connected, but hope to get to it within the next week.

I wish the printer had software instead of a download. Still haven’t been able to hook it up

What Epson has done is disgusting. They pushed through a "firmware update" that FORCES you to purchase their RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE Epson Ink. You cannot use any less expensive third-party cartridges- the printer will not accept them. The Epson ink does not last long at all, so you are constantly paying like $80 for their official ink cartridges. (So if you think you're getting a good price on the printer -- you're about to pay a FORTUNE for the ink.) Additionally - the printer won't function if even ONE of the cartridges is "low" - even if you just want to print in black & white - you still have to replace all colors that are low. I use my printer ONCE A YEAR for my taxes (maybe 10 pages of printing) -- and it costs me a FORTUNE $$$ each year to just print 10 PAGES!!! This machine is a NIGHTMARE.

The machine is great. The only thing the instruction were not easy to understand.

Good printer, but when you low on any ink doesn’t print. Original inks are no cheep

First time to won an Epson. Prints very slow. Having difficulty in getting the Scan to work

Good little printer. Wanted something that would plug into my laptop directly since I never have luck with wifi printers. Ink is reasonably priced as well.

Can barely use with my iphone, cannot work with my laptop, Software is very confusing if worthless. I would have researched more had I known the 'wireless' connection so limited if not impossible

I have only had cannon and hp printers till my husband bought this one and it has been a great experience. The ink last way longer and we have had zero technical issues.

Works great. But of course the ink it comes with only goes so far. It finished really fast.

Very economically priced printer with a direct paper feed to eliminated jams when printing card stock, Christmas cards, or post cards.

Too many set up steps. Black Ink ran out too quickly.

This product is very good I use it to print things and it is very use full for me it is very nice and good this is quality.
