THE WORST PRINTER TO BUY, ITS VERY CHEAP BUT THE INK IS SO EXPENSIVE AND DOESNT LAST , I JUST BOUGHT ANOTHER PRINTER AND I PAID MORE BUT BETTER QUALITY AND THE INK LAST A LOT MORE AND IS CHEAPPER

Pass on this printer. I’ve used Epsons for many years snd this is my first lemon. When making copies, random horizontal lines appear in image. When printing, lines are smudged and cannot be read. Tried multiple head cleanings, alignment and changing print cartridges. And another issue, brand new cartridges show half full. Absolute junk. Flower Mound Texas store refused to exchange the unit adding to frustration of this printer. Fail.

really disappointed that I had to actually hire someone to come set it up! Salesperson said it was basically ready to go when plugged in!

Don’t really like it. Paper gets jammed more then it should and the ink runs out fast.

Works great,most of the time .pictures are dark and the printer doesnt connect wireless about 3/4 of the times ... every time i want to print something its doing some type of update.... instructions also werent clear on how to load photo paper wasted 1 photopaper to find out its upside down then when i turned them over the picture quality was horible i removed the heads to wipe them clean and the pictures still come out too dark and too blurry

I’m not saying that it’s a terrible piece of equipment but It never printed correctly for me. I tried reinstalled the drivers and print cartridges a couple of times with the same results. It may be user error but I’m fairly savvy tech wise so hopefully it was just the one I purchased. I really wanted to like it but returned it a couple of weeks later. Maybe I got exactly what I paid for…I don’t know!

Actually in the process of returning this. This printer drinks ink. I've spent more on ink in the past month than the cost of the actual printer.

We purchased this printer in hopes of getting away from the HP “Smart” software and somewhat more reliable. We were completely wrong. We can only get about 10-15 photo pages printed before it runs out of ink. This is not an exaggeration. We literally ran out of ink, went to the store, paid over $50 for a new set. When we got home and replaced the ink, we started a 10 page photo print. Before it even finished all of those pages, it ran out of ink!!!

We have had this printer for about a month. It has never worked. It jams, can't print two-sided, cheaply made, and the "push button" feature is time consuming and a pain to hook up. Don't bother purchasing this piece of garbage. Not worth the money.

Don’t waste your time buying this printer. Epson will only let you use epson cartridges. This is absolutely ridiculous!! It will not work otherwise! Also, the epson printer says it’s time to replace an epson cartridge when there is more than 60% left. It is horrible.

Be aware, according to Epson customer service rep this printer only comes with enough ink to print set up pages and 3-5 additional "text" pages. This information is not indicated on the outside of the box, in other words you will need to purchase replace ink with this unit on day one. I can't speak to printing quality, I am waiting on replacement ink.

Input Windows 11 from 10 and now the printer does not recognize my system.

Nothing fancy, can be a bit of a problem getting it to connect wirelessly. Hardwired seems to work the best.

Worthless purchase and they sold me the wrong ink, 220 it has not worked since the tester ink finish, I bought the 232 ink and printer won’t recognize it even though it’s installed

Features are nice, design is decent, but low quality nozzles or ink kills it. I burned through an entire cartridge trying to unclog the yellow ink and it still didn't work. So I have yet to print anything decent in color. Wish I could return it.
