It was not user friendly...never could connect it. Returns were very easy. Thx Best Buy for your service.

Would not connect to my wifi, indecipherable error messages, clearly software was not built by Americans. After printing one color photo everything else after that came out with vertical lines. Used up all the ink trying to get rid of vertical lines. Useless piece of junk. Don't waste your money.

The display is a pain to use and takes a little to get use to.

I had hoped this printer would be an easy set up and was told it would both work with my current Apple devices as well as easily connect to Wi-Fi. I am pretty savvy with printers. This is the hardest most confusing printer I have ever dealt with! I can’t get it to work!! Wasted $$.

Works well for my work and school work. Easy to install and accessible wifi usage

Printing a document with multiple files doesn’t complete in single iteration. Takes multiple iterations to complete printing. Also the cartridge doesn’t print up to 150 pages as described.

I should have known better. But I really didn't expect it to crap out in three months. The ink cartridges it came with must have been samples - they went so quickly. Then the whole unit crapped out shortly after I added all new cartridges. Don't be like me. Spend the money and get a good printer.

Stopped working right outside of the warranty like clockwork, cleaned and kept up on maintenance. These at home printers used to be good because they were expensive and good build quality. Now they barely last a year. Better off priting things at work on a xerox.

Very difficult to set up! Yikes! Still not working right. Should have returned it!!!

I can’t get the ap to work. I’ve been messing with this since I brought it home. I can print after doing work around after work around. Sad. Probably my fault . Not sure what to do. Yipes.

1 year & 3 months old and will not do anything anymore. Big waste of money.

It didn't print very well and then not at all. Had to reach out about warranty and because it was after 30 days they sent me a used one.

It was great until I needed to change the ink. Printer will not let the black ink cartridge to load.

Ink is likking and making my printings a mad. Ive tried to get it back. Unfortunately I was 2 days after the time line so I have to deal with this. But they gave a way to comunicate with the companny.

This Epson XP4200 only scans ONE PAGE at a time!!! Nowhere in the advertisement does it say that. The consumer has to put one page on the flatbed to scan, then remove that page, then put the second page on to scan. It has a paper holder in the back of the machine so I assumed it could hold the papers that I need to scan. No, it doesn't do that. This machine will not serve my purpose.

This is the sorriest printer i have ever bought. It doesn't print well. Ive tryed many things to fix it and it still prints really bad!! Dont buy!!
