A piece of junk. Could not be saved from emergency mode. Never worked after setup.

Trash. not even a full month and it has taken 3 refill cartridges. absolutely false advertisement and best buy refuses to help.

Cheaply built, poor quality printing and cartridges run out of ink after a short number of pages. I do NOT recommend this printer.

Impossible to use tried different ways still not working

This lasted for about a month......then it wants you to sign up for ink thru them to keep using it or it will not function at all.

This printer comes in a nice packaged box. Initially out of the box the printer is very compact/small. I have had old photo printers that printed photos (4"x6") that were this size. The setting up did not take to long and to connect to the local wifi you just use the Epson Smart Panel app with with your mobile device or a laptop. Once connected printing from mobile devices and laptops was seamless and fast. The paper is loaded in the back and can hold 100 sheets which is great for what we print. I didn't print a very large document but it printed a 12 page document with ease. The color seemed crisp but I did not print a 8x10 photo yet as I haven't had it long. The printer came with 4 ink cartridges and installing them was very easy. I read that you could print with your voice which I also haven't but it is a option. I read that the ink cartridges last approximately 150 pages for black and 140 for color or the XL cartridge for black you can do 380 pages which isn't to bad. I like the scanning feature and if you use the Epson scansmart software you can make searchable PDFs which I have to do for work. One of the last features I really like is the 2 sided feature which I didn't think this printer would have. I would purchase another Epson in the future.

The print from the phone is too slow. The print is no too clear.....well but it works.

Like the printer just the ink cartridges empty very quickly so it becomes expensive to run

This my third time buying a printer from your establishment. Each one gets worse. I will be packing it up again and bring to you.

I have not been able to set up this printer. I dont understand the instructions so still not able to use.

just prints blank pages. terrible product. impossible to troubleshoot.

I was not able to set up wireless. I even worked approx an hour with a tech from Epsom and still could not get it to work.

The cartridges that came with it didn't work so I had to buy a new set just to see if the printer even worked.

could never get it set up. had about 5 people try and nothing. said needed a driver

With in 40 print ink gone dont wast money try some other printer
