Works well and light weight. No issues with setup.

The original printer I bought from Best Buy didn’t work. So I had to contact Epson for a replacement. I was given two options for returning the defective one and then getting the one that worked. Either I had to pay a refundable deposit or return the defective one to get a working one.

It does the job for school work. Used to print pictures on regular paper, its okay for a fun friends dinner. We use it maybe once a week.

This is a perfect printer for home use. Easy to set up except the wifi. I did have a cord so it more or less is as simple as plug and play.

I love this printer. Unfortunately I did not receive any type of subscription for replacement ink cartridges. Other brands with similar pricing do. That would’ve given it 5 starts.

Working ok so far. Setup was not bad. I like the fact that you can do the setup via the menu options on the device.

I've always have gone with Epson printers/copiers. Performs well, never any issues.

The sales person recommended a couple different printers, but then indicated that, "if it was me, I would get the Epson." So, I did and it is a great printer for the home!

I had an earlier model of this printer/scanner for 10 years, but I wanted a new one because I wanted to print from my phone. This model does not disappoint! Set up was east and its been great so far.

It does what it’s supposed to do. I mostly use it to scan hand written papers. It scans pen writing with little trouble and pencil writing relatively well. Set up instructions relatively easy to follow. I used a mac mini for my scanner setup.

I was able to set it up and use it with no aggravation.

Product works well. Set up was not complicated easy. Price was good.

It would be nice to have a simple manual with this printer. To explain how to use it.
