This is my second one that started printing blanks. Not sure the issue but this is not ideal. I don’t want a sometimes printer. Can’t wait to exchange for an HP or something more reliable.

I was hoping for smaller, since my space is limited. Instead of a cd to up load, I have to go online to upload. It's not as user friendly nor as solidly built as the easier older XP420. The older I get, the "newer", but not as user friendly is all the equipment. It still is not connected, but hope to get to it within the next week.
