Excellent Product for Home Office for work and personal use.

As a printer, this is a good product. Setting up to scan and send to an email address has not been successful. Scanning to computer is fine but I prefer to send to email.

If you plan on printing much of anything this is not the printer for you, the ink runs out after a few printings. Buy the version with the ink bottles.

Excellent starter printer. Bought this printer to help my best friend's office setup.

This printer allows for wireless printing but DO NOT change networks or you'll have to do setup all over again. I travel and had to change networks twice, both times I received error messages when trying to print. Both times i checked network status, both showed excellent. Both times i tried running troubleshooting with no help. Tried running "print test page" and received the same error message. I've had to completely set up the printer all over again both time I changed networks. Not convenient for travelers at all.

After reading the reviews, I thought that I'd found a quality basic printer, but this was not the case. It worked beautifully for the use of printing about ten pages, then started making a truly dreadful noise and jamming the paper. I tried every remedy suggested by the manufacturer several times-even taking 'time outs' to prevent user exasperation error, but to no avail. On this last try before abandonment, it started feeding multiple sheets (oh yes, I fanned them first) and making taunting printing noises (but nary a drop of ink except for what was smeared on the edges).Words cannot convey my frustration. It's TAX SEASON! I don't use a printer often and of course the 15 day return limit has passed, so I've got this $127 plastic doorstop (I bought extra ink). I will likely try my skill as a place-kicker if I can find my steel-toed boots. I highly recommend ANY OTHER BRAND at this point.

The printer is not easy to set-up and goes through ink very fast. The ink costs as much as the printer. Scanner is only one side and then you manually have to flip the page over.

Great copier at a fantastic price. Best buy employees are the best!

I HAVE NEVER HATED AN OBJECT MORE THAN I HATE THIS PRINTER. I spend more than 3 hours trying to see it up THEN I had to get my in-law to help which he was unsuccessful too. Whoever made this printer hates you and hates me too.
