    Wouldn’t know how well it works. It took forever to calibrate. After an hour of inspecting and resetting and trying again, I thought it was ready only to find out the black ink arrived empty.

    All i did was printing 32 pages and the printer was out of ink , extremely slow and colors is so chubby

    The printer did not come with useful operational instructions. We (senior citizens) went back to Best Buy Allentown. It was so bad that the agent could not explain how to operate the printer. I returned printer.

    None of the controls work. I press the screen to start a function and nothing happens. I went to trouble shoot and it was a blank. Copy, nothing. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED.

    Sorry I bought this printer. It was difficult to set up and the print is faint. I have always had HP printers and I find they function much better for my needs.

    This printer is terrible. Ran out of ink immediately. Replaced with Epson printer ink. Black prints light gray. Cant get it to darken. Color printing is extremely slow. Worst printer ive ever has. Going back to HP. I do not recommend this printer.

    I am not sure if mine had a malfunction, but the motor burnt out after the third print…. I also had to pay a restocking fee for a crumby item that didn’t work
