[Employee of bestbuy] Had to use it to print off some last minute tax documents. Very solid and high quality for basic stuff like that but takes a bit to set up wirelessly. Recommend getting a USB to USB-B cable for less hassle.

Bought the Epson 4200 XP Ink Jet Printer. Set up is simple. The App is excellent and offers many features. The Scan, Print, and Copy features are easy to control through the App. The front panel is easy to navigate. There are only two options when printing and copying. Standard and high quality. The standard printing is alright. It is similar to a draft but saves ink. The High Quality setting is Excellent. Graphs and Charts are printed with extreme clarity. Scanning is good.

The printer is a good enough for home or small business use. I mainly use it for printing my son's homework assignments and other small print jobs. I wouldn't recommend this printer to anyone who would be printing a lot of documents very often.

It took me days to install the printer I bought and I got no help from BestBuy. I was told I’d have to buy a plan that was more than double what I paid for the printer to get someone to come to my house to help me to install the printer. I would not recommend buying printers from Best Buy or anything else unless you get a guarantee that someone from the store will help you install at a minimum cost.

It is easy to operate and the printing quality is good.But the ink runs out fast.

This printer works exactly for what I need. Fast and clean printing. I’m happy with my purchase. I’m glad I was able to purchase online and pickup the same day all within 2 hours of the store closing.
