Does what it is supposed to do, but I would not think it would be right for a lot of office use. We are satisfied with it. I think my only gripe about copy machines is the same as millions of other folks. The ink cartridges cost more than the machine!! I always have a good experience at Best Buy.

Good for price

I went from 2 cartridges from Canon to 4 thin cartridges for this one. Has couple more options than my old one. Most useful to me is the enlargement feature. Only thing I could find annoying is there is no one touch copy function, you have to go through the menu screen. Prints fine, ink alignment was pretty rapid. Satisfied.

It definitely gets the job done with vibrant colors. It is relatively easy to use/figure out. For an ink jet printer, it is relatively quick when printing color pages.

Easy installation and happy I purchased it along with my laptop for Christmas. Should have done it long time ago. Would recommend Epson xp 4209 desktop printer.
