    The printer is compact, makes quality copies and scans well. Connecting to wifi was not straight forward and required multiple calls to Epson and finally intervention from my internet provider. Epson tech support was neither helpful nor knowledgeable.

    With all the negative reviews, it had me worried that we made a bad purchase. For what it does and what it’s worth, it is not a bad purchase. It does eat up ink, and having an ink tank would have been nice too, but we are fine with this as it is.
