I called and talked with a sale person he help make up my mind between a hp and epson. He said he felt the epson would be better for me. And I do like the epson. It was delivered and the next day a lady from the geek squad came and set it up for me. After that everything has going ok.

Great printer for the price. easy to install and use

Easy setup. Decent quality for the price. The paper sticks out of the top rear of the printer instead of the usual hidden paper tray which isn’t the greatest look imo but it works fine.

The printer is great easy acapable to devices no issue ink runs out quickly

Connects all over the house and prints even on different levels of the house. Easy set up and easy wifi comnection.

So far so good because I haven’t had it but about two weeks. I'll start by saying the Wi-Fi connection was relatively easy to set up. Haven’t had a paper jam. The colors are OK for printing pictures. Put one of its best features is the LCD screen that can be flipped up or down for your preferred view. And I've heard a lot about the price of the ink cartridges but I've checked around and they're about the same as everybody else. The scanner does a good job and works well with whatever computer you’re using. I manually set it up but it comes with a download app that helps you Connect to your phone and computer fairly easy. And all I would say I would recommend this to anyone. And you know Shaquille O'Neal recommends it it's gotta be good.

I am happy with my new Epson printer/fax machine. This is my first time purchasing one of these. It printed out my papers faster than my old printer. Looking forward to many years of using this printer.

This is a good light weight printer. Easy to use and a great price. When I called Epson to ask a few questions they were a great help!!!

Great printer, I just wish it came with a little more ink initially and also that the ink didn't cost as much as the printer. It prints great and is pretty fast. I especially like using the app to print via Wi-Fi from my phone and my MacBook.

Bought black friday good price easy to set up works fine

Had a wireless printer bought from somewhere else. Hated it. Hard to print anything. Difficult instructions and refused to accept my wifi. Finally, I went to Best Buy and found this. Hooked up in a few minutes and bam, making copies with little effort. Great buy.

For a home office or just for fun this printer is great. It has a straight pass through. This machine prints on both sides if you need that. It is easy to install and can be up and running in 30 minutes.

Printer quality is great..It is not the fastest but faster than most printers at that range. Overall a great product

I went in to buy a different brand of printer, but they did not have one in stock. The gentleman said the Epson would do all the things I needed and it was less expensive than I had expected on spending. It is working great and I have to go back and thank him for my savings!
