I live in an apartment with community wifi so it is not very strong, so i love that i can connect my phone right to it and it prints in no time!

Easy to install and works great. Staff was very helpful and professional.

Prints pretty slowly. I needed ink fairly soon as the cartridge it came with had very little ink. Other then that it works just fine.

This is a great printer for a low usage convenience environment. Paper changing is simple and ink is easy to change and relatively inexpensive. It fits my needs perfectly.

Works well and is much cheaper than HP printers which require you to subscribe to their printer ink replacement plan which is very expensive.

This is perfect for the value. Copy, Scan, Print, it does it all! The set up was slightly frustrating but isn't it always? lol. I would do it all again though!

Great for any purpose, fits into any living space. Very straightforward in terms of use, even when using the companion app to set up the printer.

Setup took some time but the instructions were easy to follow. The app is very useful and the print quality is good.

Color wasn't as bold as the other brand printer that I replaced this with also the ink is far more expensive

Works great, quality is good. Ink doesnt run. Scan quality isnt the best, but its not bad or blurry. Just not super bright.

I’ve had this pronter for a while and its just constant issues. I constently have issues with it linking with my devices and printing, even though it’ll show up in my found printers. I have to restart it almost every time I use it to get it to sync so I can print. The warning for low ink comes on so early that I can usually print a few more months (I only print 20-30 labels a month). The problem with this is that I now have to acknowledge “low ink” every time I print (trivial, but annoying). Its a decent basic printer, but it is frusterating. If you just need it for occasional prints then it will get the job done. If you need to rely on it often then find something else.
