I went to the Best Buy Store to see if I could get some help; however, help was unavailable. My request for help was not unreasonable and nonetheless I got a brushoff. ‘You should read the directions’, he said. Why did he just assume I had not read the directions? I had also tried to drop off some of my recyclables, except was told that none were being accepted that day. Fair enough, I would return them another day, even though the items all fit in a small bag measuring 10-1/2” tall, 12-1/2” wide and 6-1/2” deep. I pressed that, at least, the old printer I had replaced with the Epson be accepted and they reluctantly agreed after a lengthy back-and-forth conversation between two of them.

Hard time with printer..

I LOVE EPSON..but this was a tough buy.

Don't waste your time or money

It does not have a manual or support from the Epson website. I finally went to hook up the printerfrom a specific location with the expectation of being able to turn my wifi on from any device and print. Without downloading apps from a mobile device or using a hard wired connection, I am unable to use this crap. It seems like as much tech is evolving, we are going backwards by taking away the things that made life easier. I have no use for this piece of junk. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this piece if JUNK to anyone.

Runs out of ink very quickly

Replacement ink is very expensive as is true with most printers. I’m actually going to get an HP forever Inc. printer, even though I just purchased this one. Definitely made a mistake in getting this printer.
