    Works great only thing no app or support for Apple desktop macOS 14 Sonoma. I went to manufacturer website, and they said check back again for future updates. My wife want to scan and have it directly goto her email for her job.

    In the past I've always like epson but this time I'm a little disappointed. Printer was easy to set up and connect to devices but after all was set up, it look as though the cyan is not not coming through. tried resetting, cleaning, realigning, and nothing make it come through. Unfortunately I bought the printer over a month ago and just now set it up so my return is out of the window for Best Buy which also sucks.

    I have purchased several items at Best Buy and service is always timely and efficient. I returned this printer because after spending many hours attempting to download the app, I finally gave up in desperation. There is no phone number with Epson to call for technical assistance and the instructions were too sophisticated for an old woman. I will not make another EPSON purchase but I will continue to shop at Best Buy. I cannot speak to the quality of the printer as I could never get it connected.
