    Said it worked with windows 7 , it did not . Called tech support twice , level 1 and level 2 but unfortunately I knew more than both. Had to return it . It was however a quality product .

    It started to work well 2 months ago now it won’t print this is horrible I want a refund , lot of this new modern printers are bad quality. I spend 400 on a HP printer one black ink cost 80+ dollars like how this makes sense ?

    Works great for a simple at home printer. I don’t use it for a lot of things. Just when I occasionally need something printed. It also connected with the WiFi seamlessly

    It took my tech at a half hour to set up. That is needlessly complicated, but it has worked so far. Needs directions to refresh memory about how to use other functions.

    It was easy to set up. I wish it printed a little darker and I'm not to found of the pop up on my screen everytime I print. It does the job and I'm pretty happy with it.
