    Overall, a nice printer for the money. Wifi printing works well. Have not used it for photo quality prints yet, so I can't give my opinion on it.

    It started to work well 2 months ago now it won’t print this is horrible I want a refund , lot of this new modern printers are bad quality. I spend 400 on a HP printer one black ink cost 80+ dollars like how this makes sense ?

    I bought printer Epson XP-4200 with the defect, which I noticed later (printing is good but scanner not working at all). In June I asked to change Epson or change for Canon with addition pay. But I was rejected.

    This printer was one of the first products purchased from Best buy. but we had to exchange it for an HP brand. That's why we were amazed at your simplicity in accepting the exchange, so we added a value so we could take another one. thanks

    THIS PRINTER WORKS WELL WITH MY MACS. I AM GLAD THE STORE HAD IT AT THE LOCAL STORE. I NEEDED TO KNOW IF IT WOULD WORK , BECAUSE HAD TO RETURN ANOTHER BRAND. IT WAS A PROBLEM.

    I wont ever purchase a printer that takes ink cartridges again. Due to the update it now wont allow 3rd party ink. You have to pay the high dollar Epsom brand ink and in my opinion wasnt as good as the 3rd party ink I was buying at one third of the cost. Now Im stuck with 4 boxs of ink I cannot use
