Mine lasted one year before defect emerged. It no longer recognizes new cartridges-if put new one it reads as virtually empty. Unplugging, uninstalling and reinstalling does not work. Was planning to speak to Epson but now see their warranty is only for a year. If buy, suggest get store extended warranty.

Hard to install wirelessly and pairing it with my chrome book was a headache ..

Great printer overall for the price you are paying. It's pretty quick on the printing and haven't had any issues with it. It had a very simple and fast set-up process that can be done via your mobile device.

Cute little XP4200 - same size as my older XP420. I was hoping for smaller, since my space is limited. Instead of a cd to up load, I have to go online to upload. It's not as user friendly nor as solidly built as the easier older XP420. The older I get, the "newer", but not as user friendly is all the equipment. It still is not connected, but hope to get to it within the next week.

Product is good ink lasts longer , able to connect via bluetooth as well for printing and scanning

I really was missing my old printer but now that I've delved into how to use all the features, it was a pretty good replacement.

Great Value. Does everything I want except FAX. Good quality print and can even print from my iPhone. And all for a very reasonable price.

GOOD FOR MY NEEDS. IUSE IT FOR HOME AND PERSONAL COPYING INCLUDING SOME PICTURES.

Good printer, works well so far. A little tricky to set up. Scanning is a lot easier than our previous model.

What Epson has done is disgusting. They pushed through a "firmware update" that FORCES you to purchase their RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE Epson Ink. You cannot use any less expensive third-party cartridges- the printer will not accept them. The Epson ink does not last long at all, so you are constantly paying like $80 for their official ink cartridges. (So if you think you're getting a good price on the printer -- you're about to pay a FORTUNE for the ink.) Additionally - the printer won't function if even ONE of the cartridges is "low" - even if you just want to print in black & white - you still have to replace all colors that are low. I use my printer ONCE A YEAR for my taxes (maybe 10 pages of printing) -- and it costs me a FORTUNE $$$ each year to just print 10 PAGES!!! This machine is a NIGHTMARE.

Could not get it to pair with any of my devices to print, had to take it back.

Printer mfg needs a more detailed explanation of keyboard. Best Buy Geek Squad rep was very good in setting it up for me.,

Vary clean sound. Fantastic bass! You have to realize that it is not a sub so don't expect thumping!!! Highs are okay and voices are excellent! I love it.

Great printer. Works well. I like how I can print from my phone anywhere in my house if I want too! Ink is cheaper than the others too!

It the best printer for me and my company Jimmy Repair Company we do a lot of repair we needed a new printer for Retail reason like people buying thing we use it alot of it ink paper and also paper so it win win

SO FAR, WORKING GREAT. WAITING TO SEE IF THE MACHINE WILL ALLOW ME TO USE DISCOUNTED INK CARTRIDGES INSTEAD OF BUYING AT FULL PRICE.

This printer was inexpensive but it has multiple buttons to push before the print function is engaged.

The print could be a little darker,but it gets the job done. I have not tried to print a photo yet.
