I had an Epson printer and it was always a problem.I decided to purchase a new printer with a new approach by asking the employee since I am retired and the younger people are better at technology.He recommended this Epson.I don't use printers often but this printer is junk.It is only 3 months and both times I attempted to use it it has jammed.Brand new paper fanned out .I opened it with flashlights and I see no jammed paper ??It continues to stop and messages jammed paper.There is no jammed paper in the printer??This was a waste of money and after 3 months I can't return it.Not happy.

This prunter is hot garbage. Its very slow, the ink cartridges last a very short time and are always needing replaced, every time you run out of ink while printing it will jam while trying to "initialize" the new cartridge and you have to cancel and shut down the printer to fix it and then restart the printing. Its not worth the money and i shouldve known you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to get something better

Runs out of ink really fast and replacement cartridges are more than the cost of the printer.

Works but connecting to it through wifi was confusing especially with iphone.

do not work it all too much trouble to fix it not for the price you paid it

Set up for wireless printing was not easy. it started working after I gave up and connected it to our main laptop via cable.

Work properly little confused about process of making copies sometimes need restart again but it’s not bad

I'm not happy with this printer because occasionally it will not print. I have to turn the power off and back on to make it work.

I had this dismal printer for about a week. It’s supposed to print on both sides it doesn’t do it without jamming the paper. I even tried babying the printer. Still jams. Took me over an hour to get 3 pages to print.

I would not receommend this printer. It is slow and the screen is not touch screen. You have to push arrows next to the screen. It is awful. 15 days past my window to return. Don't buy it!

nice compact printer the only downside to it is, i jams up a lot when printing on both sides it seems like it moves a little to fast and keeps jamming

Speedy printer. The WiFi connection and AirPrint availability are great features. It took a moment to get the WiFi to work (the app was not helpful), but the front panel got it done.

Only works with ink cartridges not worth the time or money

This printer is okay for just printing papers with words, but not great for pictures or any type of crafting. Average at best.

It tests your patience to connect with wifi, after 20 prints it shows low ink level

I am very pleased with my new Epson printer. It replaces another Epson printer that that I have owned for over a decade. It meets my printing needs perfectly.

This was my first printer for my home and I don't believe I made a good choice.

Honestly I hate this printer. It constantly disconnects from WiFi, it's slow, the software freezes all the time right in the middle of trying to scan a few documents - then when you try to start over the printer just tells you it's busy and locks you out of doing anything. I have only been able to use it a handful of times without it acting up one way or another - skip this one and get something else.
