    Works great for a simple at home printer. I don’t use it for a lot of things. Just when I occasionally need something printed. It also connected with the WiFi seamlessly

    This printer/scanner/copier was GREAT until a firmware update bricked it. Honestly, perfect. BUT - I can no longer use with the ink cartridges I purchased for it (which had been working). Lots of forums and reviews online reporting the same problem with no support from Epson. Absolutely do not recommend.

    Runs out of ink very quickly. Replacement ink is very expensive as is true with most printers. I’m actually going to get an HP forever Inc. printer, even though I just purchased this one. Definitely made a mistake in getting this printer.

    Great machine! Great printing quality, Great Wifi ! Poor instruction manual… and the online doc is 248 pages. Hard to locate the exact paragraph!

    THIS PRINTER WORKS WELL WITH MY MACS. I AM GLAD THE STORE HAD IT AT THE LOCAL STORE. I NEEDED TO KNOW IF IT WOULD WORK , BECAUSE HAD TO RETURN ANOTHER BRAND. IT WAS A PROBLEM.

    This is the firat epson inkjet printer we have ever owned. It prints fine but a little hard to operate. Will not purchase another Epson printer.

    Months had passed since I bought this, and so far, I never had any issues with it. It tells you if a firmware update is available (which often happens), and that is a good sign that the product is well supported.

    This printer is not user friendly. It does not have a manual or support from the Epson website. I finally went to hook up the printerfrom a specific location with the expectation of being able to turn my wifi on from any device and print. Without downloading apps from a mobile device or using a hard wired connection, I am unable to use this crap. It seems like as much tech is evolving, we are going backwards by taking away the things that made life easier. I have no use for this piece of junk. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this piece if JUNK to anyone.

    Nice printer if you only use occasionally, which we do! Both retired so occasional copies, prints and photos are all we need. Replaced a twenty year old Epson that finally gave up. Best photo printers out there!

    I love the Epson Expression Home XP-4200. It is very updated and you can print from your Mobile Phone to it. It also has onscreen instructions for how to operate it, and change the ink, etc.

    The printer is fine . I bought it for $70 .. but the ink is $52 .. i might as well buy a new printer. Why on earth is ink as much as the printer?
