I bought this thinking it would be perfect for my home office. I print randomly but had a little too much fun printing all the things I needed to print for weeks, the black ink was critically low after 30 pages (probably 30 but definitely less than 50) - I am the dummy for forgetting to check ink prices. 20 dollars for a normal sized black cartridge seems high to me, but then the fact that i printed some more pages over the next 2 days and now have to replace the cartridge again? I don’t have that kind of money, this printer is a rip off. If you like ripped off, you should definitely buy it.

Haven't had to use it yet. I know service is Elex cent all Epson printer work very good.

Very nice printer but disappointed it did not come with USB cable.

Bought this Epson XP-4200, it works great. Prints over WiFi which is very useful since the print in placed in a remote location in the house.

The installation was complicated and time consuming. The printer would not print some files, like pdf. I had to hire a technician to fix the problem, which took him one hour. I paid an extra $120. The printing is slow and noisy. I wish I had returned the printer right away.

The Epson printer was easy to set up and use, and that's exactly what i wanted. The sales associate Sanjay helped me find the perfect computer for my needs.

The printer is very very poor quality. Definitely made quickly and with cheap flimsy materials. Even the information decals that state the model were put on crooked lol. But having said that, it works great!

Works great! It connects straight to my phone or my computer with WiFi and so far works fantastic

1st one went back to factory defective [showed fault code]replacement seems fine

We came in for a Brotger, but Hayden McElveen was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on this Eason.

paid to have my new laptop and printer setup to plug n play. Can not print in spite of my best efforts over several days attempting here and there. Not happy with 199 dollar geek package.

This is the best printer for less ink usage. Serms the other printers run out in a short time. Now i have 2 of them.

On sale for $65. Nice little printer. ink cartridges are reasonable also.

I like to buy again same item. no doubt its suitable for home and office use.

I would have given it a 5 if the ink cost was not so expensive.
