This machine’s scanning function is much better than I thought, it can goes more than 2400dpi, when u zoom up, it still have many details. Love it

Printer was easy to set up and has been easy to use so far. Like the 2 sided page printing feature. Haven't used it much yet, so not sure how long the ink will last.

It worked OK for about a year and a half, then it just totally died. It used ink at a dramatically fast pace, and required purchase of full color ink supply even to run black/white only. Not a great product, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

What Epson has done is disgusting. They pushed through a "firmware update" that FORCES you to purchase their RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE Epson Ink. You cannot use any less expensive third-party cartridges- the printer will not accept them. The Epson ink does not last long at all, so you are constantly paying like $80 for their official ink cartridges. (So if you think you're getting a good price on the printer -- you're about to pay a FORTUNE for the ink.) Additionally - the printer won't function if even ONE of the cartridges is "low" - even if you just want to print in black & white - you still have to replace all colors that are low. I use my printer ONCE A YEAR for my taxes (maybe 10 pages of printing) -- and it costs me a FORTUNE $$$ each year to just print 10 PAGES!!! This machine is a NIGHTMARE.

Good printer. Does what I need. Downside is the app for the printer could be less “clunky”.

Cute little XP4200 - same size as my older XP420. I was hoping for smaller, since my space is limited. Instead of a cd to up load, I have to go online to upload. It's not as user friendly nor as solidly built as the easier older XP420. The older I get, the "newer", but not as user friendly is all the equipment. It still is not connected, but hope to get to it within the next week.

It works well and fast on my laptop and phone. However, the ink is running out so fast! I bought it as a student who needs to print pages out and my ink is running out at a very fast pace! Mine as well have bought a bigger printer and saved on the ink.

Great printer for 60 bucks and the WIFI printing is pretty cool...can even print directly from phone if needed.

The Epson XP-4200 does what I wanted it to and the Bestbuy Sales person guided me into selecting this printer. I am very Happy with this purchase.

This printer works well, takes up less space, and isn't too noisy. Also, it went on sale a few days after our purchase and Best Buy credited my account for the difference.

A good printer so far but seems to use up a lot of ink really quickly.

This is the second printer I have purchased from BB. This Epson is great for b/w printing.

Epson XP-4200 does it all and set up was fast. I am not the most technically minded individual but got this printer going fast.

My husband bought this as our previous one wasn't responding anymore. So far it appears that he likes this one.
