Cannot tell a printer by its Instruction Screen

We (senior citizens) went back to Best Buy Allentown. It was so bad that the agent could not explain how to operate the printer. I returned printer.

Awful printer

Replaced with Epson printer ink. Black prints light gray. Cant get it to darken. Color printing is extremely slow. Worst printer ive ever has. Going back to HP. I do not recommend this printer.
