I guess for the price point it does what it is supposed to. I cannot get a 12x12 paper to be printed on. Which is somewhat a bummer. It took forever for set up.

This little machine has made my life easier, I can print my work from whereever in the house

Would not connect to my wifi, indecipherable error messages, clearly software was not built by Americans. After printing one color photo everything else after that came out with vertical lines. Used up all the ink trying to get rid of vertical lines. Useless piece of junk. Don't waste your money.

I had this dismal printer for about a week. It’s supposed to print on both sides it doesn’t do it without jamming the paper. I even tried babying the printer. Still jams. Took me over an hour to get 3 pages to print.

I had hoped this printer would be an easy set up and was told it would both work with my current Apple devices as well as easily connect to Wi-Fi. I am pretty savvy with printers. This is the hardest most confusing printer I have ever dealt with! I can’t get it to work!! Wasted $$.

Refuses to print BW when colour cartridges are out, and no option to force BW printing though MacOS

I would not receommend this printer. It is slow and the screen is not touch screen. You have to push arrows next to the screen. It is awful. 15 days past my window to return. Don't buy it!

Works well for my work and school work. Easy to install and accessible wifi usage

This is the worse printer I have ever had. It uses a lot of ink and prints really slow.

Printing a document with multiple files doesn’t complete in single iteration. Takes multiple iterations to complete printing. Also the cartridge doesn’t print up to 150 pages as described.

Dependable home printer at a good price. Excellent color and print quality

I should have known better. But I really didn't expect it to crap out in three months. The ink cartridges it came with must have been samples - they went so quickly. Then the whole unit crapped out shortly after I added all new cartridges. Don't be like me. Spend the money and get a good printer.

Good product so far. Price reasonable. Tiny tint cartridges. Buy extra!

Set up cumbersome. Print quality poor. Install and reinstall drivers with every change

I can’t get the ap to work. I’ve been messing with this since I brought it home. I can print after doing work around after work around. Sad. Probably my fault . Not sure what to do. Yipes.

Stopped working right outside of the warranty like clockwork, cleaned and kept up on maintenance. These at home printers used to be good because they were expensive and good build quality. Now they barely last a year. Better off priting things at work on a xerox.

It didn't print very well and then not at all. Had to reach out about warranty and because it was after 30 days they sent me a used one.

Very difficult to set up! Yikes! Still not working right. Should have returned it!!!

Ink is likking and making my printings a mad. Ive tried to get it back. Unfortunately I was 2 days after the time line so I have to deal with this. But they gave a way to comunicate with the companny.
