No Ink

After an hour of inspecting and resetting and trying again, I thought it was ready only to find out the black ink arrived empty.

Cannot tell a printer by its Instruction Screen

We (senior citizens) went back to Best Buy Allentown. It was so bad that the agent could not explain how to operate the printer. I returned printer.

BAD NEWS.

Stay away from Epson
