    Continued network connectivity, printing and ink issues from the moment we purchased. You literally have to power cycle every time to get something to print. I am not exaggerating! Then more frequently than not, you have to do nozzle head checks, cleaning, etc. Really? If asked, "Would you recommend this printer to a family member or friend?", my answer would be a resounding "no." I am a Detractor (think NPS). Latest challenge (04-09-2020) - Just bought set of ink cartridges last week (6 days ago). Today printer is printing blank pages! Really? How does that happen? My 2-year warranty has of course expired. No luck with trying to use the Geek Squad or returning it.
