It's ok, but returning it

What does bother me is the fact I can't scan a multiple page pdf file. It makes each page I scan separate file. My old brother would ask after each page if this was the last page or not. So I'm going back to that.

Not user friendly

Unlike other printers, when you open it to change, the ink cartridge moves in the center and stops so you can easily change. This one won't. How do I change the ink that is low? Help!
