    Bought this printer less than 6 months ago. Rarely used. Needed to print document today. Nope. Error message. Follow directions to remedy error. Nope. Call help number. Rich reads from the script, and after 137 questions, Rich informs me that my printer is a flaming piece of do-do. The warranty has expired, of course. EPSON will send me a refurbished printer. No, Rich cannot discuss why Epson is not sending me a new printer. He must stay on script! Oh, and I shouldn't bother myself with returning the old printer ... for my convenience. My convenience?! Thanks. I'll take care of the cost and aggravation of disposing of your hunk of useless do-do. I gave an extra star because Rich did his best to be helpful.
