    Our volume of usage is low so far but we are generally satisfied. Printing is slow but acceptable as is the print quality. Wish we had gotten a printer with auto 2- sided printing tho. Would have reduced cost of paper. Wireless phone setup- tricky.

    This printer was very difficult to install. Geek Squad Rep wanted me to call my cable company for info instead of walking me through the process . I asked the rep to walk me through the installation process step by step as I am not computer savvy. The rep was getting impatient with me; but I needed what I needed for me to install this printer. No INSTALLATION BOOK. YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE BOOKLET. I wanted a hands on book with the printer. I do not wish to waste my time, paper, and ink to download instructions when it should have come with the printer. The printer is slower than slow when it comes to printing from a computer or just making a copy of a document. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW.
