    For the money I can't complain. But the plastic has to be lined up perfectly for the paper to be fed in straight. Today the ink was getting smeared by the wheels inside. Definitely need to upgrade.

    I have had trouble from day one with the printer losing communication. When I click on the scanner icon on my laptop, it can't find it; when I search for a printer on my iPad, it can't find this printer. If I restart the printer, all issues become temporarily fixed until a few hours later and it starts again. When I phoned Epson I was told that they don't guarantee communication if the printer is more than 20 feet from the modem, yet that is not written in ANY of the documentation that comes with the printer. I would steer clear of this printer. It is junk!

    Even with using the instructions, it was very difficult using the direct connection feature to connect my phone to the printer during the time I didn't have wifi. Other than that it's great.

    Overall good printer, but didn't work well with my computer. It took awhile to set up the wireless piece. I would have liked if it came with a chord instead of having to purchase one
