After buying this and my mom went to set this up for her, nothing worked because the box was all tore up. It was the last one on the floor the lady said it should work but it doesn't.

This product is a good value for the price. I have a couple of printers but purchased this one for my granddaughter's use in college. It has been a goos purchase to thias point.

Wifi is patchy at best. Need to reset it constantly to get it connected. Add insult to injury it doesnt come with a USB cable so you have to keep reset it all the time.

I am unable to use printer do the the fact I can't hook it up wireless. I bought it to use with my iPhone and iPad. I don't have a computer for the installation disc.

I do not like this printer. I guess if your using it to print photos it's ok but for regular Office work I wouldn't recommend.

Bought this printer because it was on sale. It is okay..it's pretty difficult to connect to with a phone a lot of steps required but other than that it works fine

This all in one printer is good. It does lack clear picture prints which I use a lot. I also wanted to be able to lighten a photo as some pictures are dark when taken.

WITHOUT HELP FROM EPSON OVER THE PHONE THE PRINTER WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN REGISTERED NOR WOULD IT WORK. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE GENERAL & THEREFORE MISLEADING.

I thought it's fast to print but it wasn't. I never realized it's going to be slow.I don't know if that's how it is.I need help if there's something to adjust?

Printer is fine for printing now and then. Awkward paper load and the toner costs more than the printer did. Easy to set up wireless and cloud printing.

Would not connect wireless at first Paper jam continued to show even when there was no paper in it Took too much time to set up for a simple copier

I bought this printer used it a few times and loved it. I ended up returning it when I found a better printer at a better deal on deal of the day.

A basic printer works great easy to install small footprint . Decent copy rate bought it for my college kid did not have to spend a arm and a leg!!

I feel this printer is meeting our expectations for basic printing such as school projects and copying.

I wished the sales man would have listened to me so my laptop would do what I needed,.. instead I took it back because it's not what I wanted.

Too difficult to get it to print from my laptop, I can print from iPhone but still trying to get my laptop tinting. No instructions included.

not a bad printer but it leaves a lot to be desired as far as ease of use. I don't like the paper feed and it uses a lot of ink it seems

Several buttons to push to make a simple copy. Setup instructions were confusing. Quality seems ok but it's noisy for a printer.

Scan, copy and print easily. Only draw back is ink seems to run out quickly. Like the option to combine colors to save black ink.

Good printer for the price, just not much ink, I up graded to a lazer printer , if you don’t print much it will be good
