Keeps saying ink is low even after I change the ink

I think this is u get what you pay for. Not happy.

I have ordered this printer after reading a lot of reviews. It had very good reviews and I have had a printer from Epson before (which was the best printer I have ever had). So I decided to go for it (partly because it was on offer too). Pro's: - quiet printer - fast - good quality - works well over WI-FI connection with multiple softwares (apple, microsoft, etc) - very easy to set up and register Con's although it is not really a con because I knew this feature was NOT included, I wish the printer could print double sided. This would give it a 5 star rating. But still a great printer for an amazing price!

We bought this printer because our nice one was in storage however it does the job and is okay in a pinch. It's noisy and the paper shakes causing it to print crooked. You must guide paper to get it straight.

Bought this printer in Mar 13 2017, stopped working Aug 2017, after 45 minutes on phone with Epson, they sent me a replacement. Now Jan 2018 and the replacement is not working. Epson customer service stinks, they put you though hoops trying the same thing over and over to get it to work. They have not learned that doing the same thing over and over expecting different results, is insanity. Now they want to put me through hoops again to get a replacement. Not a good company to work with. Do not and will not ever recommend an Epson product.

called Epson for set up problem. They tried to charge $159 because the said we had a virus. We have virus protection and Geek Squad. No virus detected. Still do not have the printer set up for use.

Worked for a bit, used sporadically, now not working, going to use Geek Squad warranty. I've never had good luck with ink jet printers - I do better with laser printers.

the only thing I'm a bit unhappy is that the color prints are not so sharp. Not sure if its because I'm using the cartridges it came with. other than that the black print is quick -

Little disappointed it does not come with a cord but if you have good wifi I'm sure it works great. My wifi wasn't strong enough to download new drivers or print from my computer.

Epson printer counts the pages instead of Ink level of the cartridges. If yellow color cartridge is showing low ink then printer does not print any pages in any color (including black and white / grayscale) unless you change the ink. Printer ink is as expensive as buying new printer. This is home series printer, and should be design as home use. After printing 50-100 pages if printer is asking to replace ink than it does cost 1$/2 pages. Disappointed.

Tiered addition works poorly. Needs additional time added to items being heated. On upside has larger numbers for easier read. Large inside space also.

The connecting instructions were so poorly written and contradictory I needed to hire a Geek Squad person to come out and connect it to my computer.

We were not happy with this purchase because we had a hard time putting in the new ink cartridges. We wasted many new cartridges.

I dont know what happen i got it one month i didnt use it after two months and it was no more ink i dont know what happend but i hate it :/

While the printer is economical the ink has to replaced too often. It would do to get a better printer, not Epson.

Had this printed for around a year, it started jamming paper and it would splatter the ink everywhere randomly.

Printer crapped out within a year. Ended up returning it for a replacement. Get what you pay for.

this printer was so loud...and it fed the paper in so hard that everything printed on a slant

I used this for a good three months before I tossed it. Even though my ink was still printing perfect it would constantly says I need to change it. And then when I finally changed it. It stopped working all together. Not worth the money. I haven’t had another printer since and finally decided to go with a new one for this Black Friday after two years. Yikes.

I am a fan of the all in one aspect, but this printer drinks ink like there's no tomorrow. Ink is NOT cheap for this puppy either.
