Very disappointed in product. Have a very hard time figuring out how to read screen on printer. Having printer errors with multiple devices.

Cheap printer with expensive ink cartridges. Spend the extra money now and save it later. Buy a better one.

Good price but horrible printing time. Takes about 3 minutes to print out a black and white paper and double the time to print color.

So, I purchased the printer with intentions that it would be easy....not! It simply wouldn't connect! Took it back in 5 days.

This printer dose not sync to WiFi unless it is literally sitting right next to the source and even then it is very weak.

This printer is at times very slow to print and other times it just doesn't print. Ink cartridges do not last long at all.

Terrible printer. I bought two of them and they both. Won't print. Never buy an Epson printer again.

I bought this because of reviews saying the print was good, the machine reliable, and the ink runs out fast. Great! I print or make copies maybe 20 a year, my wife maybe 50. Factory rats don't need a lot of printed pages. My biggest use is to scan refund POP and forms before mailing them in, or incoming bills and statements. Our previous all in one printer had issues with the ink drying out and it cost too much to get it cleaned again. We printed out four pictures to figure it out and have made five copies. The final family picture on photo paper was good enough for framing; nobody else will see it or care. The printer works fine, but I needed more than the one sheet hook up instructions. The manual is on-line was easy to follow. There is a confusing color screen, but no big deal. Once I had drivers downloaded, and hook this up via USB port, it is fine. I tried setting it up wireless for my lap top but gave up as too much bother when I can just plug in one wire and hit ctrl-p and it works. I bought a spare black ink and store it in one of the freezers, but no need to change ink yet as the starter ink is still good. From turning it on until the page is done is enough time for a cup of coffee. A page printer after the printer does the first item in the queue page is faster, about a minute. This is a good enough low use printer.

I can't get the printer to print t stuff off my phone... very unsatisfied..
