    Was desperate to print off some guitar chord charts for a Sunday church service. One printer crapped out on me and another decided to quit talking to my desktops. Read the reviews and decided to purchase this printer. Setup was straight-forward and I was up and running in under an hour. A couple of hiccups with the wireless, but got it going.

    Copies are clear, no smudge. Scanning function works well. Definitely endorse this product. Have not had to replace ink cartridges but don't expect any problems I know a geek squad techie will walk me through anyone challenges

    A little trouble getting the laptop to connect. Not a problem I have experienced with HP printers. However, this was purchased for my granddaughter to do school reports and she does not need speed or high end graphics. It is a good basic printer and you can't beat the price.
