This is a great printer. Was very easy to set up and install. Great print quality as well. Love the size as it fits nicely on my desk and price was outstanding. Nothing bad to say about this product.

It's a good lightweight multipurpose printer for the price. The only drawback is that you can't create a multi-page scanned document. Efficient otherwise.

I like this printer. The one thing I would change is to make the power cord connection easier to get to. I like that there's a tray to collect out coming paper. My last printer just dumped it on the floor.

The cartridge comes with the printer doesn't have high capacity. Expect to change soon. The printing speed is not very fast, but all over is a good printer

I bought it because we rarely need something print out so that have used it 3times total. The first time I had no problem printing my e tickets. The next time the printer seem to be out of ink and image was blurry, so I was getting very frustrated. The 3rd time I had to call my husband to help because still picture was blurry. I don't print very often and that's why I got it but I was disappointed that I had to go to so much trouble just to print something out

We use to have an all in one that included fax too, but we really didn't une the fax. This printer works great.

Really like all the features this printer adds for the price. Just need something for around the house and light office work and it does that and more !

If you are looking for a great basic printer for your home or home office, I recommend this printer. Ink cartridges were inexpensive as well. A black replacement cartridge was $12.99 at Best Buy.

I purchased this printer as a gift this past year, and all reports from the recipient are that the device works as designed and there are no complaints. Based on that, I would certainly recommend.

Was the right price. Had a bit of difficulty setting up to work wirelessly with my Mac but seems to work well.

We have several printers in our household for multi purposes. However, this one does meet the needs for the mass tasks that has seems to meet our needs with no issues to mention at this time.

Good printer, very loud and basic instructions that aren't too useful when trying to connect to the computer.

Purchase for my wife's office and also as a back up. Now she doesn't have to come downstairs, every time she needed to scan or print something. Excellent quality for the price. She's very happy.

this printer is not compatible to my windows 10 on some sights so I have to use my daughters computer to print other then that prints great and ink lasts

We bought this printer mainly for our son to print his homework assignments, along with a few other usages. This printer does it's job perfectly, and is a great value for it's relatively low cost

Nice sized printer and although it was easy to set up, it's performance has been unpredictable. Sometimes it receives wireless data, sometimes it doesn't. It works great when connected to computer but I often receive an error message when I send work to be printed in wireless mode. I tried reinstalling and changing computers but with the same sporadic results. I have no problems with my wireless modem on other equipment so I don't think that's the issue.

Now that the printer is set up, it's great. Instructions for connecting to the computer were not very good. Lucky for me, I have a friend who is very knowledgeable and helped me get this done.

Printer arrived in damage box. I called BB they told me to try it anyway. It works great comes with disc easy to install. I just needed a very basic printer copier and this does the job.

easy to install . will do all tasks needed, print, copy, scan, photo fax, etc. easy to read print. cartridges are pricey, but seem to last longer
