So far, I have not been disappointed! Initial setup was really simple, and I have had no issues with printing since then. Quick, clean, great quality prints. I tried the scanner yesterday and was happy with the speed and quality of the scanning (although I wish I could find a way to scan an item into PDF format - that may simply be user error and not a hardware shortcoming).
