Unfortunately the month after the printer's Best Buy service agreement ended, the printer ceased to function well. I've put in new print cartridges, checked the heads, checked how I have them put in, looked up "fixes" and when it prints, it still acts as if there is no ink. I'll be honest, I do not get along with printer. That's why I got the Best Buy agreement. If only this had happened in June - the month before it expired. :(. By the way, I do not use my printer heavily. I work in an office and my tendency is to either print things there - or not to print them, just save them to my documents or phone.

However, I could not get my computer to recognize it and had to get the printer to recognize my computer instead (the instructions that came with the printer were pretty much useless and I only got it to work by looking up my problem on the internet
