    I don't know what we're doing wrong, but I've never had a printer for more than a year or two. They always just stop working. This is another one. Loved it the most before it failed though.

    I needed an inexpensive and easy to use printer to do basic printing. One important factor was that it had to work with my phone and tablet. Set up was quick and easy and I didn't even need to use the enclosed cd.
