    I bought this as an extra printer for my kids schoolwork and it’s worked great. The only thing I’m upset about is Epson recently had a update and now my ink that isn’t Epson brand is no longer compatible so I’m stuck buying the very expensive Epson brand from now on :(

      Hello Ksueg, the Epson XP-440 is designed to use only genuine Epson-brand ink cartridges. Other brands of ink cartridges, and ink supplies, are not compatible, and even if described as compatible, may not function properly. From time to time, Epson updates its firmware to ensure the printer operates as designed.
