This printer copier works excellent for the use that we need it at our nonprofit. we used to have to run upstairs to copy anything but now we just reach down and copy it right there at the register the ink goes pretty quick even if you're not making big print jobs.

A basic, simple and easy to use printer. Not the highest quality, therefore don't expect to print pictures or other high quality images. Prints essential text documents.

Had to replace my 8 year old Epson as they stopped making ink cartridges for it. Bummer, because it was still a great printer. The new XP-400 does everything my old one did PLUS it has WiFi connectivity. Sadly, the replacement ink cartridges cost more than the printer (with ink).

Nice clear images on monitor. Large memory, yet it bogs down faster than I expected when I work on graphics. I have lost all audio multiple times after updates and needed to reinstall.

Great for college apartment. Price was low and the quality is good. Downside is can't print double-sided and can't find ink cartridges at warehouse stores (Costco or Sam's club).

My son moved out and needed a printer. This ended up being on sale and at a nice price. I bought this for him (I the same one). I had him do instore pickup on his side of town and it was so easy to do. Best Buy is great!

I use this printer in my home office and it works great if you do not have a lot of paper to print. The ink runs out fairly quick because the cartridges are small and do not hold much ink.

It was a better printer once I was told about direct connect. With out it it was not working well and when I took it back to the store they told me about it, I tried it and my devices connect better and work faster.

Printer was shipped and received on-time. Works well to print needed forms, etc. Not used often, but easily prints when needed from my phone. I'm satisfied for light use of a very affordable printer.

I purchased this Epson printer as it was small in size to fit a small table. It was very easy to set up and makes great prints. The color print is a nice quality. The Epson ink cartridges do not seem to go on sale like the HP ink products however.

I did not like this printer at all. It's entirely too slow. It took over 2 minutes to make one copy.. I think I'm going back to HP

Already loving this printer. Have printed from my laptop and from my iPhone wirelessly. Picture quality has been great and lots of great functionality - much of which I have already used in my short time owning this printer.

Got this printer on black Friday sale for random home and office printing needs. My wife likes to print on various types of paper due to her cookie business. The printer's versatility has proven it self in handling the different paper types and quality. We have been happy.

In a RV traveling the US. The cord to connect directly to the printer makes printing very easy. The WIFI connection in RV Park was harder to connect to printer but I was eventually able to print out my Alcatraz ticket as I left the connection cord at a friends house.

The color and image quality are okay but my main issue is the fact that paper seems to get stuck quite often. However for the price it's a solid printer.

Needed something simple to print a few documents. This did the job for what I needed it for. Only concern would be is that the feeder was a little unstable so had to re put in the paper if it didn’t go through right away. Overall happy for the price

We purchased this printer in July of 2019. The issue we have with this printer is the ink does not last long and we don’t print a lot of things, so we figured it should last longer than it does. We mainly print black and white. When we do print it does not print the entire page, it skips even when we replace the ink. Make sure you get the geek squad plan. Thankfully we did and are now going to have to use it. Most likely will have to get a new printer sine we are not really happy with this printer.

It was OK but the price… However, it runs out of ink fairly quickly… If it goes to sleep it seems that it will not automatically kick back on… And it seems that the scanner to make copies is off the little

Were looking for a basic multi-function printer and thought we would give Epson a shot (previous HP stopped working) Hopefully, we get good ink mileage as the replacement cartridges are pretty reasonably priced.

This printer is perfect for what I use it for. If you do not need to frequently scan larger documents this will meet your needs. The remote printing capability comes in handy and I have documents waiting for me when I get home.
