Eats ink, stops pulling paper

However it has stopped doing that for my card stock. And it eats ink like crazy. We have 2 - same issues on both.

When the ink levels run out of color it will not allow you to print even if it’s just black ink you need. I changed my settings in my MacBook bro to just black and still would not allow me to print without buying the colored ink. I understand that you could change the settings in older computer models but not in newer ones.

Posted .Hi Rob1031, Epson printers contain a permanent print head that needs to be charged with all colors to work. Even when you are printing black text only, a small amount of color ink is used to keep the print head charged, preventing air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head.
