    This is my first and last Epson printer. It is difficult to change the sizes of font. There was a only small amount of black ink that came with it. Paper tray is on outside of printer which allows the paper to become soiled before using. Directions are not clear on the screen. Also, the screen is not touch screen and it is unnecessarily difficult to navigate the menu on the printer. I would not recommend this printer to anyone. Especially a friend.

    The printer connects, but i have a hard time with keeping the connection. The ink runs out pretty fast, but it helps that you can order online.

    When someone asked why I wanted to install a similar model to my less than 1 yr old defuncted unit, I agreed...Imagine my surprise when I learned that the return policy is only 15 days for cash back.!!!
